Behind the Rich River name:
Rio Rico AZ a small suburb of Nogales AZ, this is where both Edgar and Karina were raised and where they raised both of their children. This small community of about 18,000 residents hold a big place in the Duarte familys' heart which is why they decided to name their business after it. "Rich River" is the English translation of Rio Rico.

Rich River Produce is a family owned and operated business founded in 2018 by small town business owners, Edgar and Karina Duarte. The company is currently located in the southern border of Arizona.
Both Edgar and Karina have been working in the wholesale produce industry for over 27 years. They are currently working alongside their children to bring the freshest produce to your family's table.
Rich River Produce strives to stay true to its core principals: insuring product of the highest quality, integrity and maintaining a strong partnerships that will allow mutual success.
